Blockchain is not a solution to every business problem. Not every database needs to be decentralized. We will discuss when it is appropriate to use a blockchain and the differences between public blockchain and "permissioned" enterprise blockchain. Then we will study a few promising use cases in industries like finance and supply chain management.
