Nature Walk at Cascade Springs (Hike)

oin us for a relaxed, low-pressure nature walk at Cascade Springs Nature Preserve. This hike is designed with Black neurodivergent folks in mind and welcomes all experience levels.
There is no required pace and no expectation to socialize. You’re welcome to walk quietly, wear headphones, stim, take breaks, or move at a pace that feels right for you. We can naturally split into a slower group and a faster group as needed.
This is about being outside, grounding your nervous system, and spending time around people who don’t require you to mask or explain yourself.
