The Blank Page Collective is a casual space for people who want to start writing but aren't sure where to begin. Whether you've always wanted to write a short story, work on a novel, or just explore what's possible on the page, this group is for you. We meet regularly to work through the fundamentals of creative writing together—things like finding your voice, developing characters, building a plot that actually works, and getting over the fear of that intimidating blank page. No previous experience needed, and there's zero judgment here.
The format is pretty straightforward. We'll do some short lessons and writing exercises, but mostly we're here to write, share our work, and give each other honest feedback in a supportive way. Sometimes that means workshopping a scene you're stuck on, sometimes it's just showing up to write in community with other people who get it. We keep things relaxed because creativity doesn't flow when you're stressed, and honestly, writing is more fun when you're doing it with others.
