This is horror movie month! We will start off with the found footage theme.
We will be reviewing two films.

Rec (stylized as [•REC]; short for "record") is a 2007 Spanish found footage horror film. A television reporter Ángela Vidal, who, along with her cameraman, accompany firefighters on a late-night call to an apartment building in Barcelona, where an outbreak prompts authorities to seal the building and place its occupants under quarantine.
Rec was released on 23 November 2007 to critical and commercial success. It has appeared on lists and retrospectives covering found-footage and horror cinema.
The film spawned the Rec film series, which includes three sequels: Rec 2 (2009), Rec 3: Genesis (2012), and Rec 4: Apocalypse (2014). An American remake, Quarantine, was released in 2008, followed by Quarantine 2: Terminal (2011).

The Borderlands, released in the United States as Final Prayer, is a 2013 British found-footage horror film written and directed by Elliot Goldner, in his directorial debut. It had its world premiere on 24 August 2013 at the London FrightFest Film Festival and centers upon a group of Vatican investigators researching an old church rumored to be the site of a miracle.

We meet every other Tuesday at 6:00 pm. There is a core of 5-6 people who attend regularly. This event at the tables just outside the Darling Wine Bar in the Greyline facility.
This is not for Bluegrass Developer Guild members only, it is open to anyone with an interest in film.
