Whether you’re carrying thoughts that feel too heavy, or you just need someone to hear you out, The Brave Haven is a small, intimate circle of kind-hearted people who gather to talk, listen, and simply be.
No therapy. No preaching. No fixing.
Just real people. Warm lights. Soft corners. And honest conversation.
## The Brave Haven – Participant Guidelines
### 1. This is a judgment-free space.
Everyone’s experience is valid. Please listen without interrupting, correcting, or giving advice unless someone explicitly asks for it.
### 2. You’re free to speak or not.
You are never required to share. You can speak when you're ready, or simply listen and hold space for others.
### 3. Respect confidentiality.
What’s shared in the room stays in the room. No recording, sharing, or repeating others' words outside the space.
### 4. Let everyone be heard.
Please avoid dominating the space. Let there be pauses. Let everyone speak at their pace.
### 5. No unsolicited advice or therapy.
This isn’t a space for fixing or diagnosing. Offer support, not solutions.
### 6. Phones off or on silent.
Let’s create a warm, present environment. Kindly avoid distractions.
### 7. Use “I” statements.
Speak from your own experience. This keeps the space personal and grounded.
### 8. Be gentle, with others and yourself.
Emotions may rise. It’s okay. We honor whatever comes up, without trying to change or rush it.
### 9. We’re all guests here.
Treat the space, the hosts, and each other with care and respect.
### 10. Zero tolerance for racism or any form of discrimination.
This space welcomes people of all races, castes, genders, sexualities, and backgrounds. Any comment, behavior, or attitude that disrespects someone’s identity, whether explicit or subtle, will not be tolerated.

### Is this group therapy or a professional counseling session?
No. The Brave Haven is not therapy. It’s a peer-based, safe listening space for open sharing. No therapy, advice-giving, or diagnosis takes place here.
### Do I have to share or talk?
Not at all. You’re free to just sit, listen, and soak in the atmosphere. Sharing is optional, this space is about comfort, not pressure.
### Who can attend?
Anyone (16+) in Jaipur who’s feeling emotionally overwhelmed, lonely, or just needs a space to speak without being judged.
### How many people will be there?
We keep the group intentionally small, 10 people max, so it stays intimate, quiet, and emotionally safe.
### Is there a fee to attend?
Right now, no. The event is free, but registration is required since seats are limited. (We may introduce a small fee in later sessions to cover space & refreshments.)
### Will what I say be kept private?
Yes. Confidentiality is one of our core principles. Everyone agrees not to share what is heard outside the space.
### Will I be judged or interrupted?
No. The group follows clear guidelines, no judgment, no advice unless asked, and respectful listening at all times.
### Can I bring a friend for support?
Yes, but they must also register in advance, and respect the same space guidelines.
### Will this actually help me?
We don’t promise “help.” We promise presence. Sometimes, being seen and heard, without fixing, is all you need. That’s what we offer.
