Welcome to this monthly breathing meetup to help you learn about breathing techniques to support your wellbeing.
What will we be doing?
Sessions typically involve:
- 2 guided breathing exercises
- information about the science and theory of breathing techniques
- Q&A with the facilitator
Who is this session for?
The session is for anyone wanting to learn more about breathing techniques. We are open to complete beginners and experienced practitioners.

When is it?
This meetup runs on the first Tuesday of the month 7pm-8pm UK time. The virtual meeting room opens at 6:50pm. Please arrive promptly as you will not be able to join the session after 7:05 pm.

Guided exercises include:
- Mindful breathing
- Coherent/Resonance breathing
- Buteyko Breathing techniques
- Box Breathing
- Diaphragmatic Breathing
Who runs the sessions?
Sessions are run by breathing coach Neil Tranter who runs The Buteyko Method.

Do I need to bring anything?
This session takes place on Zoom so just get comfy at home :). The ideal posture for most of the exercises is seated upright on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
