Event Details:

This is The Rhythm of Rest, an in-person, breath-led session designed to gently support your sleep, relaxation and nervous system health.

Whether you’ve been struggling with poor sleep, feeling wired and tired, or simply craving a moment of calm, this session is here to offer you science-backed tools and quiet practices to help you soften into rest.

We’ll move gently to prepare the body for relaxation, explore breathing techniques to support better sleep and connect with the steady rhythm that’s always been within you.

You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to support your rest, calm your nervous system and ease your energy, both during the day and at night.

In this session, you’ll:

✨ Move with intention to prepare the body for rest

✨ Learn breathwork techniques that support relaxation, sleep and nervous system regulation

✨ Understand the science behind sleep-friendly breathing

✨ Explore how your breath connects to the natural rhythms of your body

✨ Experience guided breath-led practices to help you rest

Additional Information:

✨ This is a small, welcoming group session, so spaces are limited.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything else you need to feel comfortable sitting / lying down on the floor.

✨ Wear comfortable clothes you can gently move in.

✨ Bring a water bottle.

Bonus:

All participants will receive 25% off a 6-week 1:1 breathwork coaching package, launching in October 2025, which can be tailored to your individual needs for sleep, energy or overall wellbeing.
