Feeling foggy, scattered, or overwhelmed?

You’re not alone.

In a world of constant input, our nervous systems are overstimulated and our attention suffers.

This session offers a space to quiet the mental noise, sharpen your focus and reconnect with a clear and grounded sense of self.

What to Expect

In this 90-minute breath-led session, you’ll explore:
✅ Simple, effective breathing techniques to support attention and calm
✅ How to regulate your nervous system to reduce overwhelm
✅ Breathwork as a daily tool for clarity and energy
✅ The science of the breath–mind connection (CO₂, vagus nerve and more)

This is a part educational, part experiential session combining accessible science with grounded, practical breathwork. You’ll leave feeling clear, calm and reconnected.

Who It’s For

This session is perfect for anyone who:
✅ Feels mentally foggy, anxious or scattered
✅ Wants to improve focus and mental clarity
✅ Is curious about breathwork for stress relief or productivity
✅ Simply needs a space to rest, reset and return to presence

Beginners are warmly welcome. No prior experience needed.

✅ Take-home breathing tips to use in everyday life

Important Info

✨ Please do not arrive before 10:15 AM, but aim to arrive by 10:20 AM so we can begin promptly.
✨ Avoid eating a large meal within 1 hour of the session.
✨ This is a small, welcoming group session, so spaces are limited.
✨ Wear comfortable clothes you can gently move in and bring extra layers or a blanket in case you get cold.
✨ Bring a water bottle.

All participants will receive 25% off a 6-week 1:1 breathwork coaching package, launching in October 2025, which can be tailored to your individual needs for sleep, energy or overall wellbeing.

Contraindications and Safety Disclaimer

Your safety is my priority. This session is generally a safe and supportive practice, but some of it may not be suitable for everyone.

Please consult your doctor or healthcare provider before attending this session if you have:

  • Severe or uncontrolled breathing conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema or recent pneumothorax (collapsed lung).
  • Cardiovascular issues, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart surgery or a history of strokes.
  • Neurological conditions such as epilepsy.
  • Severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, dissociative disorders) unless under professional supervision.
  • Pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester or if considered high-risk.
  • Recent surgeries or serious physical injuries.

This session is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure the session is appropriate for you.

Modifications are available, and you are always welcome to participate at your own pace.
