Wentworth Folly’s walk approx. 8 miles

Meeting in the Elsecar Heritage Centre car park for an approx. 8 mile walk around the Wentworth estate visiting the follys and Wentworth Woodhouse itself. Some ups but no big hills and a lovely lunch stop mid way.

Parking in the Elsecar Heritage Centre car park and/or overflow car park.

Shouldnt be too muddy but depends if any rainfall before so come prepared.

Dogs welcome but will need to be on lead near livestock and in the estate if busy etc.

Drink after the walk in the Market hotel pub nearby for anyone who would like to join us.

We can't guarantee the finish time. The meetup system means we have to put a finish time on the event but it depends on the pace of the group on the day.
Don't worry about Unpaid by your name, we don't use that system. £1 on the day please.
