Pub.cow and calf hotel[opposite car park].description-starting at the rocks we head out on good tracks to visit the 12 apostles stone circle.we continue towards airedale/wharfedale boundary passing lanshaw lad stone pillar with panoramic views all round.after a break for grub we then follow the boundary wall to keighley moor transmitter and enter keighley moor rd.after a short walk down we cut back across the moor to reach the car park.please bring suitable clothes in case of rain.3.5-4hrs max walking inc dinner.strong boots/shoes required[no trainers].carpark is free[according to bradford/leeds council-please check their websites first].
