Meltham and wilshaw 5 miles ish

5 miles starting in Meltham. parking at Lu's Place. please car share if possible. Some roads, (please walk single file as remember we are not insured and looking like a larger than normal group). but mainly fields and woodland. dogs on leads around livestock and for most of the walk some uneven paths through the woods. some stiles but nothing difficult. Maybe slippy in places due to weather forecast.

Finishing at Lu's Place for drinks afterwards and maybe a bite to eat.

We are planning drinks (and food if interested) at Lu's place. Because of the size of the group thay have asked us come in and pre order any food or drink off the lunch menu before you start your walk.

"When ordering we will ask if they would like to eat in or take out. We have already allocated you 18 seats within Lu’s Place. This does not account for the 2 swing benches which hold up to 8 each, which cannot be booked out at this moment in time. If there are more people who would like to eat in come the morning of the walk, we will try to accommodate this, however depending on how bookings from other customers go over the course of the week will determine how many seats we will be available.

If people choose to take out. These will be served in take-out cups and boxes. Where people are welcome to stand in the grassed area, or the benches in the carpark etc.

We will also ask for names and take a payment at the time of ordering.

Then when you arrive back to Lu’s Place all food and drink will be ready and waiting to be served. It will just be the case of finding the person it belongs to. "

We can't guarantee the finish time. The meetup system means we have to put a finish time on the event but it depends on the pace of the group on the day.
Don't worry about Unpaid by your name, we don't use that system. £1 on the day please.
