OXENHOPE 6.5 - 7 MILES (CHECK START TIME)

Recce done.
We start at the Dog and Gun Oxenhope. We will set off at 10.30 so please be on time. Please park in the lower car park. Sorry but no dogs allowed in the pub after the walk. If it’s nice there is good seating outside. This is a medium walk with some awkward stiles and long uphill harder bits so be warned. Last mile is on lanes and all up hill.
The walk is moorland, lanes and paths. PLEASE NOTE: we will be stopping 3 miles in for a swift one at the wagon and horses. This is a foody pub so you won’t be able to eat your lunch here
Recce was dry, if it rains there may be mud but there is quite a bit of lane walking In parts. Dogs will need to be mostly on the lead as we walk close to sheep grazing.
