Cleckheaton - meal @ The Marsh

This is our annual walk and meal - roughly 6 miles and generally not really too hard a walk.
We will be doing some pavement walking and a pub stop (hopefully near the end if we have time). Due to the weather there will be some mud. We will stop for a few festive nibbles in Oakwell Hall Country Park (hopefully near the café so we have toilets to hand), I will check if the café will be open. This is the walk myself and Steve did last year from the Crown in Cleckheaton but will be the other way around.
BTW: A few of us stay out afterwards and have a few more drinks in town. Ditch the car and come along :-)

We’ve had quite a few newbies this year so we’d like to outline our T’s n C’s for the Christmas walk and Meal. We put this on each year including organising a meal as a thank you for everyone who’s attended within the year to let you know we appreciate you coming and keeping the group running with your pounds 😀

1. We need you to have lead or back marked a walk or walked with us at least twice this year and be a member.
2. Unfortunately numbers are limited to 30 and no plus ones.
3. Most importantly you need to attend the walk and the meal.

Please put your name on the waiting list. We will require a deposit of £5 for the meal which once paid will move you to attending. Menu in photos.
Full meal must be paid for by roughly Mid November (venue will give me a date).
You will be private messaged so keep your eyes out for bank details and when payment and meal options are required.
