We will start at Thornhill Rectory Park car park or if this is full there is roadside parking we will then walk along the tow path to Horbury Bridge and then make our way to Overton where we will stop for lunch before making our way back to the Rectory Park. Most of the walk is on lanes and paths but there is a small amount of road walking and an area of woodland. The woods can be muddy and the walk down from the car park to the tow path will be muddy if there has been ANY rain in the preceding week. There aren’t any stiles but doing the walk in this direction does mean that we go up the steep hill rather than down but although it is steep it is quite short!

Dogs should be ok on this walk but there is some road walking and also a couple of busy roads to cross.

Don't worry if you see "Unpaid" by your name. We don't use that system - just £1 on the day please.

The end time is only an estimate but Meetup has to have a finish time.
