Evening Agile & Coffee

Hello fellow Agile enthusiasts,

Starting this month, we are adding a new event on the monthly agenda of this group. It is called “Evening Agile & coffee” and it consists of informal discussions, about organizational practices in Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, XP or any other Product Development field.

On the 3rd Wednesday of every month we want to:

• meet in a nice place in the city center

• know each other and have a drink

• improve our knowledge and practices through open discussions centered on chosen topics

For the first meetup, the main topic will be:

Estimations in Agile - Best Practices: Complexity vs Effort (or maybe both), Story Points, T-shirts sizes, other ways of estimating.

Agenda

• 5' to know each other

• 10' presentation of the topic

• 5' to select 2 key points of interest

• 30' open discussion for first key point

• 30' open discussion for second key point

• 10’ short retrospective

• 5’ closing
