### Description:

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. And you’re definitely not alone.
Burnout in women often doesn’t look like collapse—it looks like over-functioning. Holding it all together. Smiling through the resentment. Crying in the car and showing up anyway.

In this conversation, we’ll explore:

  • The most common signs of burnout women don’t realize are burnout
  • Women who are burned out often gain weight even when they haven't changed their diet - they think their "metabolism is just slowing down"
  • They are exhausted... but can't sleep - They think they might have hormone imbalances
  • They name emotions like resentment and dread...but they think it just means they are losing their cool
  • Why high-functioning, caring women often resist naming it
  • HINT: It feels like they are saying they don't love their kids/parents/pets/spouse/etc.
  • Why women are more prone to burnout
  • HINT: They wear more hats
  • What’s really at stake when we say “I can’t do this anymore”
  • They might have to start saying "no" which means conflict...and they are already exhausted
  • Why many women would rather be given a cancer diagnosis than be told they are "burned out"

And Most Importantly....What To Do About It!

This is an educational, empowering space to learn, reflect, and begin reclaiming your energy—on your own terms.
