What we’re about
## Who You Are
You’re a high-performing, deeply caring human — thoughtful, capable, and probably a little weary from always holding it all together. You’ve spent years doing what’s expected, keeping others comfortable, striving to be good — and somewhere in the mix, you lost touch with your Self (yes, capital S).
You’ve tried all the “right” things — mindfulness, therapy, self-help, maybe even a yoga teacher training — but it still feels like you’re hustling for wellness. You’ve been told to “do less,” when what your soul really wants is to do differently.
This is your invitation to rebel — gently.
To trade performance for presence. Productivity for play.
To breathe again, move slowly, and trust your inner knowing.
In this community, we explore what it means to feel both free and held. We talk boundaries, creativity, nervous systems, and the art of saying no without guilt. We color outside the lines, laugh at perfectionism, and learn to rest without earning it.
If you’ve been wondering how to build a life that feels peaceful and fully alive — welcome home. You belong with the unbound.
### Who I Am:
Hi, I’m Leah. I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and the founder of The Healthy Sensitive. I also co-own Phoenix Rising Family Medicine, where I focus on helping women recover from burnout and reconnect with their energy.
But beyond the credentials, I’m a deeply sensitive person myself. I know what it’s like to feel everything intensely, to care deeply about others, and to push yourself to the point of exhaustion. I’ve walked through my own seasons of burnout, and that’s why I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for other thoughtful seekers who want more ease, joy, and balance in their lives.
My coaching style is positive-psychology informed and nervous-system aware. That means I help people build on their strengths, discover what makes them feel alive, and learn practical tools for protecting their energy—without hustle, shame, or “fixing.”
This group is one of the ways I bring that mission to life: a space for sensitive, high-performing, heart-centered humans to come together, unlearn old patterns, and practice new ways of living that feel nourishing and sustainable.

Online### Phoenix Rising Clinic presents: The Anti-Hustle Think Tank
Practical (and Playful) Tools for the Chronically Over-Responsible
Burnout isn’t just about exhaustion — it’s what happens when your good girl wiring collides with a world that keeps asking for “just one more thing.” If you’ve ever found yourself saying “I’ll rest after this next crisis” (and then five crises later, you’re Googling “how to fake your own death for a weekend”), this hour is for you.
Every Wednesday, 12–1 PM PT, join us for the Anti-Hustle Think Tank, a weekly live gathering hosted by Phoenix Rising Clinic’s Unbound program. Each session explores one deceptively simple idea, story, or experiment designed to help you:- Protect your energy (without feeling like the villain)
- Set boundaries that actually hold
- Recognize and exit energy-sucking dynamics
- Reclaim joy, humor, and rest as acts of quiet rebellion
This isn’t a lecture, and you won’t get homework. Think of it as a cozy, sarcastic support lab — part therapy-adjacent conversation, part social experiment, all heart. You’ll leave each week with one small, doable shift and a sense that maybe you’re not as “too much” (or too tired) as you thought.
📅 When: Every Wednesday, 12–1 PM PT
📍 Where: Online (Zoom link provided upon RSVP)
💡 Who’s it for: Women navigating burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and toxic-people problems who want to feel seen, validated, and a little less alone — minus the hustle, shame, or performance pressure.
🤝 Stay connected:
Meetup is great for RSVPs, but not for real community. That’s why we created a free online space where you can connect with other recovering over-functioners and share wins, vents, and dark-humor memes. Join us inside Unbound — your burnout-recovery playground. You can stay, learn more tools, and sign up for additional in-person mini-retreats, workshops, and stay connected between events with an online community of people all navigating this brutal life along with you (and trying to have some FUN in the process.)1 attendee
