Hey ladies! Let’s start the day with something beautiful—a sunrise hike together up Humpback Rock. Whether we’ve met or not, you’re warmly invited to come move, breathe, and witness the magic of morning light from the summit. 🌄✨
We’ll meet right at the trailhead at 5:00 AM sharp to make it up in time for sunrise. It's a short but steep trail, and we’ll take our time as needed. Don’t worry if you’re coming solo—many of us are new faces, and this is a sweet way to connect in nature.
What to bring:
🔦 Headlamp or flashlight (we’ll start in the dark)
🧥 Layers (it’s chilly before the sun rises)
🥾 Comfy shoes for hiking
🧘‍♀️ Journal (optional, but lovely at the top)
💧 Water
🍌 Light snack if you’d like
💛 An open heart + good energy
