The purpose of The Cafe Culture Collective is to answer this most pressing question once and for all. The Cafe Culture Collective will undertake this noble task by becoming a gathering for cafe aficionados, be they of levels beginner to advanced, to sample and appreciate their favorite Melbourne cafes.
