The Cafe Writing Group is opening its Thursday session with something special. Isis Clariz Huang joins us to read from her poetry collection Into My Heart — thirty-one poems tracing the phases of love, from the highs to the lows to the quiet in-betweens, with a few written in other languages because love is universal.
Financial advisor by day, poet by night, Isis wrote this collection chasing a dream in the middle of a pandemic. Come hear how it turned out.
