Welcome to The Calm Hour, a weekly virtual Zoom meetup for individuals struggling with anxiety and stress. Our group is focused on offering support, resources, and strategies for managing anxiety and stress. I provide a safe space for anyone with anxiety to connect, share, and learn techniques for de-stressing, such as meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices. Join me to discover ways to calm your mind, regulate your nervous system, breathe easier, and find peace in the midst of life's challenges. This is a gentle supportive space, no experience is necessary. Link to the meeting will be sent out once you RSVP. No need to bring anything other than yourself, a cup of tea, and a cozy blanket.
