It can be profoundly painful to face the reality that nothing lasts forever—a career, a relationship, a season of health, a parent, a child, a spouse, or even a sense of stability. When something that once brought comfort, fulfillment, or love changes or disappears, the weight of that loss can feel heavier than expected.
Major life transitions and losses often leave people feeling emotionally disconnected, drained, unmotivated, or simply “not like themselves,” even while continuing to manage daily responsibilities.
You are invited to a supportive, in-person gathering for adults navigating the emotional impact of loss and change. Whether you feel stuck, numb, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted, you are welcome.
This is not a lecture and not group therapy. It is a guided, respectful conversation facilitated by a therapist—an opportunity to share, listen, reflect, and connect with others who understand how disorienting life transitions can be.
