The Canna Yoga taught by Tatiana is a relaxing, fun and powerful journey of letting go to greater accept the benefits of plant medicine and yoga, especially the combination of the two, on your path of healing. Through a thoughtful blend of Mindful Movement, Music, and Meditation, Tata uses a variety of flowers, concentrates, cannabis-infused treats and other goodies that allow you to explore the healing powers of both hemp and marijuana in their various forms.
As you explore your body and learn to release dis-ease, you will be guided through a fun, strengthening and relaxing class that combines yin, hatha, and vinyasa style yoga while leaving room for experimentation. While exploring cannabis and tuning up our body, mind and spirit, Ganja Yoga allows us to better understand cannabis and yoga, and the unique combination of the two, creating a medicinal, therapeutic, and spiritual approach to healing.
Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time, or the various ways you can use nature to heal, or you're an avid pro at both...this class will be a fun, explorative, and unpredictable journey to understanding self, healing, and plants as medicine.
