The best way to get to get to Cinema 21 is on public transportation. The nearest MAX Lightrail stop is Providence Park. You can catch Trimet to Cinema 21 on bus lines #77 (21st Ave), #24 (19th Ave), #15 ( 23rd Ave), #20 (21st Ave & Burnside).
