June Solstice Celebration

The June solstice is a remarkable astronomical event, marking a time when the Earth's North Pole tilts closest to the sun, allowing sunlight to reach its zenith at the Tropic of Cancer.

This occasion signifies the official start of summer in the northern hemisphere, celebrated as the longest day of the year, but also heralds the beginning of winter in the southern hemisphere, where it is the shortest day of the year.

We invite you to join us in the Chapel for a joyful celebration of the Solstice, commencing with a Meditation Ritual to center our spirits, followed by delightful snacks and an invigorating Drumming Ceremony that will resonate with the energy of this special day.
