Heart Chakra Cleansing Meditation

Cleansing and healing your Chakras is one of the most compassionate powerful energetic and balancing affirmations of self love you can undertake.
Each week we will focus on a different chakra. During these seven meditations and cleansing rituals we will rebalance and cleanse each chakra center.

This week we will focus on the Heart Chakra.
