The Center Within: Community Events is a Portland gathering space for women who carry a lot. High achievers. New moms. Women moving through the big hormonal shifts nobody really prepares you for. The ones who hold everything together and quietly wonder who's holding them.
This is the village. The one so many of us are missing.
Our events are built around one idea: regulation comes first. When your body finally feels safe, everything else gets easier. So we slow down, together.
At our gatherings you might:

• Explore lounges with trusted local practitioners in acupuncture, lymphatic work, neurofeedback, and more
