This event, inspired by the success of previous events such as our on-line "Meditation, discussion PLUS", aims to provide a space for individuals interested in new Buddhism, spirituality, and secular humanism to come together and deepen their understanding of these teachings. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the path, all are welcome to join this journey towards self-discovery and compassion. It includes Meditation, a wee ritual, and informal friendly conversation.
