The Chair in the Middle Writing Group

The Chair in the Middle is an English-language writing group in Zürich that meets every two weeks to write and give honest, constructive feedback on drafts in progress.

Do you write creatively and want to do it around other writers? We’re building a small, consistent group. All genres and experience levels are welcome. What matters is showing up, writing, and engaging respectfully with other people’s work.

Each session mixes focused writing time, optional prompts, and a structured feedback format. You can come to write even if you’re not ready to share yet.

Where: Ruby Mimi Bar, Beatenplatz 4, 8001.
When: Wednesday, 7 January 2026, 19:00–21:00 (then every two weeks).
