Join our first Fall Season Chapter Book Club meet up! This will be a time to meet your new wellness focused community of friends and a time that we will choose our nonfiction book.

Chapter Book Club is all about giving you the freedom to read what speaks to your heart. Each month we’ll choose a nonfiction book focused on growth and wellbeing; and you get to select the chapters that resonate most with you.

Instead of feeling pressure to “finish the whole book,” you’ll dive into the sections that inspire, heal, or challenge you in just the way you need. Then we come together in a welcoming, wellness-centered community to share reflections, encourage one another, and grow side by side.
