The Chapter Two Dinner and Social Club

This event is for Chapter 2 members who have come out for two or fewer meetups with our group. If you are a newcomer, come join us for a fun brunch at this upscale Silver Spring hot spot. Hope to see you there!

If you are a frequent participant in the meet up, please do not sign up for the event. Those who do sign up will be moved to "not going." We're having these events because we know our events fill up fast, and newcomers often give up because it's hard to get a seat.

Hey Chapter Twoers - have you ever wondered what the vibe is like near the bottom of the Beltway, in that far away land south of the Wilson Bridge?, Now's your chance to find out!

Cooper Mill is a self-described "casual spot for incredible pizza, zepps, and drinks." (Zepps are a type of sandwich, similar to a hoagie, short for zeppelin. Apparently that’s a Pennsylvania thing, I admit I had to Google it.)

Location is at the end of Duke St in Old Town, just a block from the water. Unfortunately, Metro won't get you there, but there is a free bus from the King St Metro that gets you within about 3 or 4 blocks. Parking can be a challenge in Old Town, but there are plenty of garages near the restaurant.
