The Chat 'n' Craft Club

This club is for all those who love to craft or would love to give it a go! All level of crafters are welcome!

Each workshop is very relaxed. I provide all the materials and each session focuses on a different creative process. For example one week could be scrapbooking but the next could be pebble painting. That could be followed by weaving or collage or wool pictures. Those that come along like the variety as it's a chance to try various techniques without having to invest in all the gear!

As said, the sessions are very relaxed. They are not about everyone creating the same thing or even comparing the finished craft. It’s about the exploration of the materials and your own creativity, all whilst making and building connections with others.

There is never any pressure to make anything specific, even when I come with examples. If you don’t like the activity, I always bring extra basics so colouring, drawing or maybe chalk pastels which can be used instead.

I don’t judge or grade. I just provide materials, share ideas and provide support and guidance where and if needed.

The group is open to all those over 18yrs no matter what your background is, whether you have a support worker or not, neurodivergent, older adult or young adult! All are welcome!

Cost: £5 per person
Cost includes: All materials, drinks and biscuits and of course your fabulous creation! There is also free onsite parking too. 😊
