This meeting will be a live discussion of the title topic. This sort of discussion can't be settled in any particular way, but remains relevant for beginners and initiates to philosophy.
Here are some questions and comments that may help guide the conversation (feel free to bring questions of your own, as well):
What is a question or an answer? What elements are involved with a question or answer?
How do questions and answers relate to questioning and answering? Can questions be neutral, or do they depend on an attitude (i.e., is something a question unless it is questionable to one who asks)?
Must we completely understand a question to answer it? On the other hand, when we completely understand a question, do we inherently have the keys needed for an answer?
Is every question legitimate, or are there illegitimate questions?
Does every question require an answer, or are there also questions that cannot be answered? If there are legitimate questions that we cannot answer, what are the consequences that follow from this?
Does philosophy consist primarily in asking or answering questions?
