Glendalough - The Spinc Loop

This is a scenic walk in Glendalough—it’s a beautiful route with amazing views over the lake.
You’ll need your own transport, or you can sort out a lift with other members so you arrive on time. There’s also a return bus from Glendalough visitor centre for €14, leaving at 17:40 and getting back to the city centre around 19:00.

Meeting point: Glendalough Visitor Centre car park
Start time: 11:00 sharp (meet at 10:45)
Distance: 11.5 km (about 3.5–4 hours)

It’s a mountain trail, so to get the most out of it, it’s a good idea to bring:

• Hiking boots
• A waterproof jacket and / or light layers
• Water and a packed lunch or snacks
• SPF
