Joining a new community can feel overwhelming, but we're here to help you get started! Our New Member Orientation is a casual and welcoming session designed specifically for newcomers. We'll go over our group's purpose, our community guidelines for meetings, and answer any questions you might have.

Living with chronic illness can be isolating — especially when it feels like no one truly understands what you’re going through. That’s why we created Chronically ChILL, a social group for chronically ill people who just want to connect, talk, and be themselves.

Our socials are a relaxed, judgment-free space to simply be human and enjoy the company of others who get it. There’s no agenda, no pressure, and no need to talk about symptoms unless you want to. It’s just about making friends, laughing a little, and finding community.

Come as you are — camera optional, pajama friendly, cozy vibes welcome.

You don’t have to be “doing well” to show up — you just have to show up.

While we typically focus on socializing in our weekly socials, this is a dedicated space to chat entirely about Chronic Illness topics.

Our bi-monthly meeting, we will cover chronic illness themes, hacks, and feelings.
