About the Event

Living with chronic illness can be isolating — especially when it feels like no one truly understands what you’re going through. That’s why we created Chronically ChILL, a social group for chronically ill people who just want to connect, talk, and be themselves.

Our weekly February Socials are a relaxed, judgment-free space to simply be human and enjoy the company of others who get it. There’s no agenda, no pressure, and no need to talk about symptoms unless you want to. It’s just about making friends, laughing a little, and finding community.

Come as you are — camera optional, pajama friendly, cozy vibes welcome.

What to Expect
• Easygoing conversation and good company
• A warm, understanding community
• Zero pressure to perform or overshare
• The chance to actually socialize and make new friends who understand the ups and downs of chronic illness

Whether you join for ten minutes or the full hour, you’re part of the ChILL community.

☕ What to Bring
• Yourself, exactly as you are
• Feel free to bring any arts and crafts
• Here are some questions we may go over:

  • If you could only watch one TV show or listen to one album for the rest of your life, which would it be?
  • What is a piece of advice you’d give your five-years-ago self?
  • If you could go back to any time period for just 24 hours, where would you go?

💛 Who It’s For

Chronically ill, disabled, and neurodivergent individuals looking for friendship, laughter, and connection in a relaxed online environment.

You don’t have to be “doing well” to show up — you just have to show up.
