🙂 Quick Reminder: All participants must have a current CRC membership card to gain access to Meetup events inside CRC facilities. You can get a pass at any CRC front desk at any time. $25 for an annual pass.
Co-Ed indoor volleyball is open to all levels of play. If you are a beginner, recreational or just getting back into playing, this is the event for you.
We are responsible for setting up and taking down the net. We can usually get into the gym around 6:00 PM to warm up and put the net up. It is expected that all participants will be warmed up and ready to play by 6:15 PM, if not, you may lose your spot. We have to take down the net at 8:30 PM and be completely out of the gym by 8:45 PM.
This event is limited to 25 players. If there is not a spot available to play when you go to sign up, you are encouraged to add your name to the waitlist. If a spot opens up on the court, you will be moved from the waitlist to the going list.
No-Show Policy: Please do your best to move yourself from the "going" to the "not going" list as soon as you know you cannot make it. Drops after 12:00 PM, the day of the event, are discouraged (we need to allow time for the next player on the list to get there). If you no-show once and do not remove your name from the "going" list, we will understand (life happens). The next time you sign up for this event, you may get bumped to the back of the waitlist. If you no-show/do not remove your name a second time, you may not be able to sign up for this event again. If you are on the waitlist but know you will not be able to make it, and you get moved on to the "going list", please remove yourself so the next player who signed up has a chance to join. Thank you!
Meetup Priority Members: Please note that our volleyball group does not honor Meetup Priority as far as jumping others on the waitlist to get onto the going list. Players on the waitlist get on in the order they signed up in.
