Join us for a second event in series "Knowledge is Power" - Posture Matters: Understanding and Preventing Back Pain.

During this event our guest speaker Nico Rispoli will talk about the importance of back health, correct posture and how to avoid back pain. Nico is a registered Osteopath, Naturopath and Physical therapist with over a decade of experience. His focus is mainly on spinal rehabilitation, gut health and food intolerances. Trained in London, he combines hands-on therapy with nutrition and lifestyle advice to help patients restore balance and long-term well-being.

Join us for cultural outing "Museums by Candlelight" organised by Heritage Malta.

This exceptional evening will feature three renowned sites – the Malta Maritime Museum, the Inquisitor’s Palace and Fort St Angelo – opened at a donation of just €3 for all three sites, enhanced by an enchanting atmosphere and vibrant entertainment throughout.

All three sites will open their doors at 7:00 pm and remain open during extended hours – until 12:00 am. The sites will be illuminated with the warm, flickering light of candles and torches.

We can go for a drink after. Since getting there might be problematic, let's do car/Bolt sharing but for this we need to communicate before and re-confirm the attendance. We might have Bolt from Mellieha and St-Julians.

We will not watch the movie but discuss it, so ideally you watch it before.
