About us

The Circle is a space for women who are ready to stop losing themselves in relationships and begin healing in truth.
Many women are deeply committed to love, faith, and showing up for others—yet quietly carry emotional exhaustion, identity loss, and patterns that leave them feeling unseen, unheard, or depleted.
This is a guided conversation space for women who are ready for deeper clarity, healing, and honest reflection. Together, we explore:
-Identity and self-worth
-Emotional healing and relational patterns
-The difference between love, faithfulness, and self-betrayal
-Breaking cycles of over-responsibility, silence, and self-erasure

Our Approach & Foundation:
This group is facilitated by a Pastoral Counselor and is inspired by the book Women Wounds and Wakeup Calls. While our conversations are undergirded by a spiritual worldview, this is not a traditional Bible study. We welcome women from all walks of life—whether you are walking closely in your faith, questioning it, or simply seeking a space where "soul-work" is respected. We believe that both truth and faith are vital parts of the healing process, but we prioritize the human experience of unlearning and relearning above all else.

Through honest conversation, reflection, and shared experiences, we create a space where women can begin to recognize what they’ve normalized—and gently start choosing something different.
This is a space for real conversations, deeper clarity, and meaningful connection.

Many women do not realize how much of their lives have quietly been shaped by the longing to feel chosen.
Not just in our romantic relationships, but in friendships, family dynamics, church spaces, workplaces, and the silent, but unconscious ways we seek reassurance that we matter, belong, and are neither replaceable or easily forgotten.

Sometimes, without realizing it, we begin organizing parts of ourselves around avoiding rejection, abandonment, invisibility, or emotional disconnection.
Ever experience an exhaustion that no amount of sleep can cure? This may be why.

In this gathering of The Circle, we will gently explore the hidden emotional patterns many women never realize are shaping the way they love, attach, give, stay, and seek to feel chosen.

What to Expect
This is not a webinar. It is a guided, intimate conversation where honesty is welcomed and self-awareness is allowed room to breathe.

Our 90-Minute Journey
The Landing
A gentle grounding exercise to help us set aside the noise, pressure, and distractions of the day so we can fully arrive, be present, and open ourselves to honest reflection and healing.

The Anchor
A brief reflective reading from Women, Wounds, and Wake-Up Calls exploring the hidden emotional cost of needing to feel emotionally chosen, wanted, or significant.

The Focus Discussion
A safe, facilitated space to explore questions like:
- What have I sacrificed in order to feel loved?
- Have I confused being chosen with being valuable?
- Who have I become trying not to be abandoned?
- What parts of myself have I silenced to maintain connection?
- Do I know how to choose… or have I only learned how to hope someone chooses me?

The Relearning
We close with one small “Micro-Yes” — a simple act of self-honoring, truth-telling, or emotional clarity we will practice this week.

A Note on Faith
As a pastoral counselor, I hold space for both spiritual reflection and honest human struggle. Whether you are deeply rooted in faith, are not a person of faith, or you are questioning, healing, or simply searching for deeper truth about yourself, you are welcome here.
