Many women do not realize how much of their lives have quietly been shaped by the longing to feel chosen.
Not just in our romantic relationships, but in friendships, family dynamics, church spaces, workplaces, and the silent, but unconscious ways we seek reassurance that we matter, belong, and are neither replaceable or easily forgotten.

Sometimes, without realizing it, we begin organizing parts of ourselves around avoiding rejection, abandonment, invisibility, or emotional disconnection.
Ever experience an exhaustion that no amount of sleep can cure? This may be why.

In this gathering of The Circle, we will gently explore the hidden emotional patterns many women never realize are shaping the way they love, attach, give, stay, and seek to feel chosen.

What to Expect
This is not a webinar. It is a guided, intimate conversation where honesty is welcomed and self-awareness is allowed room to breathe.

Our 90-Minute Journey
The Landing
A gentle grounding exercise to help us set aside the noise, pressure, and distractions of the day so we can fully arrive, be present, and open ourselves to honest reflection and healing.

The Anchor
A brief reflective reading from Women, Wounds, and Wake-Up Calls exploring the hidden emotional cost of needing to feel emotionally chosen, wanted, or significant.

The Focus Discussion
A safe, facilitated space to explore questions like:
- What have I sacrificed in order to feel loved?
- Have I confused being chosen with being valuable?
- Who have I become trying not to be abandoned?
- What parts of myself have I silenced to maintain connection?
- Do I know how to choose… or have I only learned how to hope someone chooses me?

The Relearning
We close with one small “Micro-Yes” — a simple act of self-honoring, truth-telling, or emotional clarity we will practice this week.

A Note on Faith
As a pastoral counselor, I hold space for both spiritual reflection and honest human struggle. Whether you are deeply rooted in faith, are not a person of faith, or you are questioning, healing, or simply searching for deeper truth about yourself, you are welcome here.
