What we’re about

Welcome to The Circuit Collective, a central Minnesota based technologist and engineer get-together.  The goal of this group is to cultivate an inclusive community of technologists and engineers who network, learn and share experiences with each other.

Our meetups have no presentations or formal agenda.  This group exists to get technically minded people together to chat, learn, form friendships and maybe even find a new job or career.  At one of our meetups, you may find yourself talking about a job prospect, a challenging project you’re stuck on, sports, cars, video games, or movies – any respectful topics go.

This group is open to anyone who builds with, supports, or is learning about technology.  Whether you're an engineer (electrical, mechanical, etc.), an IT professional (software development, support, QA, PLC, etc), a student of the above fields, or are someone who simply loves solving technical problems – you are welcome to join us!

We meet monthly at venues across central Minnesota.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Be respectful - Treat others with kindness, empathy, and respect.  Harassment, bullying, discrimination and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.  We welcome diverse perspectives and backgrounds, let’s create a space where everyone feels safe and heard.

Be inclusive - This group is for everyone who is technically minded, regardless of experience level, background, identity, or discipline.  Whether you’re a student, a senior engineer, or just tech-curious, you belong here.  There is no such thing as a “dumb question” here.

Respect the space - Help keep the meetup environment clean, welcoming, and distraction-free.

Reporting Issues - If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please speak to the organizer Jerod Herzog.  Reports will be handled with discretion and care.
