For The Civic building residents (West Burnside & 18th).
Get to know your neighbors. Drink wine, etc. Share inside information with your fellow Civic residents, such as what it's like to own a cat if you live on an upper floor and leave the windows open. Or why you don't own a cat, because you love dogs. Who knows what you'll learn, and how much fun you'll have. Try it out, and know that this group will become whatever all of us want.
