Implementing Kanban – case study with out special guest Zsolt Fabok.

“I’ve spent the last five months at Digital Natives introducing the Kanban method and Lean thinking into our daily work. I’m going to show the different steps of evolution of our way working through the states of our main visual indicator: the Kanban board. The emphasis will be on the “why” and “how”, there will less talk about theories and more about practical ideas. Uniquely, I’m also going to prepare several cases where we did wrong”
