About Agile and Scrum with Joe Little and Maria Diaconu

Joe Little is a Certified Scrum Trainer and will be our special guest for this event. Maria Diaconu is Agile Lean Coach & Practitioner and also Agile Lean Romania community founder.

The main topic of discussion will be "Scrum has 5 good levels; too many are on level 1." Bring your own questions about the specified topic or Agile in general and let's discuss them together.

Here's a small hint on what we're going to talk about:

CMMI is about a Capability Maturity Model. With 5 levels.

We find lots of people try Scrum, and get some benefit. But this benefit is maybe at the first level of maturity of Scrum. +20%, for example. A very good return on investment from a course, we can say. But much much smaller in benefits than what they could get.

So, why are the so many teams getting much smaller benefits than we want? And what do we do to get them to a higher level?
