Welcome!
My name is Anne Mühlethaler, and my friends often call me Anne V (because V stands for Virginie).
I am a consultant, specialising in communications and business development, as well as a coach.
My earlier career as a fashion executive was a great platform where I also learned to work remotely with teams extending from LA to Sydney via Sao Paulo and Shanghai. In my last role, as head of global communications, I also dove deeply to try and understand how to connect better, whether internally - within teams - or externally - with clients, prospects, online and offline.
I also have a side gig as a mindfulness and meditation teacher. (Check out my mindfulness online offers via Mindfulness Meditation Geneva Meetup group). Mindfulness, of course, influences the way I work and the way I support my coaching and consulting clients.
I was lucky to meet an amazing coach a few years ago, so it’s after a lot of work, and lots of different coaching (on myself) and courses, that I finally decided to become certified myself.
I’m happy to offer to those of you new to coaching an introduction to what coaching is all about and also taking this opportunity via MeetUp to hopefully co-create a community together.
This Meetup group is an invitation to participate in online meetings where participants can bring up current challenges they are tackling, whether in their career, their entrepreneurial journey or in other areas of personal development.
How will this work?
I’ll share bi-monthly coaching topics in advance to group members, give you an introduction during the Zoom call and offer free coaching during the session around the chosen theme.
Expect themes like: the future of work, work/life balance, how to manage change, changing habits at work or at home effectively, mindful communication & deep listening.
I have been lucky to discover we learn best from others, which is why I wanted to introduce this informal, optional group format, and I hope you will join me in this new community.
