Here at Kingston coaching we have decided to kick-off our first KC evening of 2022 with a practical workshop that perhaps addresses some of the inactivity of the last two years…
Movement Matters: 5 Tips on how to have Healthy Joints for Life
A 45 min workshop that starts with a presentation and then some physical movement to illustrate the points. Attendees can sit and listen or participate (if appropriate).
If participating, then please wear loose/non-restrictive clothing. Everyday clothes are fine.
Bring an exercise mat and a dining room chair.
