The major focus of the group is COLD CALLING! This basic art of cold calling is hated by many business professionals/staff, but it is vital and a must-have for all! Early or later in any career, you never use the basics too much!
This group supports new and existing real estate investors with locating off-market (unlisted) property leads, speaking with new and existing leads to progress transactions, analyzing the value of properties, formulating viable offers, ratifying purchase agreements, and closing.
Whether you are new to real estate investing, or a seasoned vet seeking a top closer to fully vet qualified leads and execute ratified contracts on their behalf... you are in the right place!
We resuscitate previously contacted cold leads, heat up warm leads to HOT, and ratify (and close) hot leads!
For many, the group will serve as a "pro bono" coaching opportunity.
We do not steal leads; we share leads, and we share any rewards.
