"Postal Traffic: Postal history as a numbers game" with Richard Maisel, FRPSL
The study of philately lends itself to many different disciplines including mathematics. Data analysis can reveal much about key postal history information such as rates, routes and volume. Professor Richard Maisel has combined his knowledge of philately and statistics in order to illustrate to you the numbers game aspect of philately. No need to sharpen your pencils or charge your calculator, just sit back and enjoy the presentation.
The British Empire Study Group hosts Richard Maisel, founder of the BESG in a free presentation of the fascinating area where science and philataly intersect. May 13th at 6PM (NY Time) The event is FREE and Membership in the BESG is not required nor expected to attend our events.
