Gentle Mindful Movement Practice, increasing body sensation awareness begins each session, and is followed by one of the themes below:
• Karen leads Guided Meditation on the Movement of the Breath, a Talk and Guided Visualization on one of the Four Immeasurables (Loving Kindness, Compassion, Joy or Equanimity), Group Discussion, Loving Kindness Meditation, and Dedication. The Guided Visualization is based on the HEAL Model (Have/Enrich/Absorb/Link), emphasizing Body Awareness, in order to install and consolidate learning into lasting neural structures that change the brain.
