Our Kickboxing Intro Class is a beginner-friendly 30 minute session designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of kickboxing in a fun, supportive environment. You’ll learn basic punches, kicks, footwork, and simple combinations while getting a great full-body workout. No prior experience is needed—this class focuses on proper technique, conditioning, and building confidence at your own pace.
Expect a mix of light cardio, strength work, and skill-based drills. Instructors will break down movements step by step and offer modifications, making this class perfect for first-timers or anyone returning to fitness.
### How to Prepare
- Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get your paperwork and free gear for the day
- Wear comfortable workout clothes (athletic wear you can move in)
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
- We train barefoot or in socks so no need for sneakers!
